Scratch an Itch – Original Pastel & Colored Pencil Artwork

All final pieces will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Finished works are shipped via FedEx or UPS, and a tracking number will be
provided to the Client. A flat $40 Shipping & Handling fee applies
to all artworks, which covers both packaging materials and shipping costs
within the continental United States. At this time, the Artist does not ship
internationally. If international shipping becomes available in the future,
costs will be quoted separately. If the commissioned portrait is a gift, the
Client must provide the correct shipping information in writing.

Since we are a small business, artwork will ship no later than 5 business days after order completion.

All sales of original artwork are final, as each piece is unique and created by hand. However, your satisfaction is very important to me, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. While I don’t offer returns, exchanges or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
