Commissions

A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required before work on the portrait is started. The booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of the portrait.

Sizes are based off of the support/surface size. Custom sizes can be discussed during the commissioning process.

To ensure the quality of your portrait, all materials used are artist-grade materials. 

Surfaces used are Clairefontaine Pastlemat, hot-pressed water colored paper, or Matte Grafix Drafting Film. 

All colored pencils used have a high lightfast rating to prevent fading.

Payment can be made using PayPal or credit card. Cash and personal check payments are also accepted with prior approval. Please note, sales tax, material fees and shipping are NOT included in the prices listed above. Upon time of commissioning, the Artist will provide the Client with a written quotation of the
requested artwork.

Finished pieces will be matted before delivery to the customer. Since everyone has a different aesthetic, framing will be left up to the customer. Pieces can be framed, however, for an additional fee.

Completed pieces can be shipped through UPS or FedEx.  Pieces will be packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once the package has been weighed, you will receive an invoice with the total amount.
